Osteopathic Manual Practitioner & Registered Massage Therapist
About Me
Since beginning my practice in 2007, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through all stages of healing, movement, and wellness. As a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I bring a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function.
In 2020, I completed the five-year Osteopathy program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Vancouver, where I deepened my understanding of the body’s structure-function relationship and developed a wide range of manual therapy skills.
My approach blends clinical experience with a holistic understanding of the body. I tailor each treatment to the individual, combining both direct and indirect techniques depending on what your body needs on any given day.
I commonly work with a range of musculoskeletal and nervous system conditions, including:
Back and neck pain
Shoulder dysfunction and rotator cuff injuries
TMJ (jaw) dysfunction
Headaches and migraines
Sciatica and nerve entrapments
Repetitive strain injuries (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis)
Postural imbalances and chronic tension
Hip and pelvic pain
Digestive issues
Concussion support
Joint restrictions and mobility issues
Sports injuries and recovery
Nervous system regulation and support (e.g. stress-related tension, vagus nerve involvement, craniosacral work)
I draw from a range of osteopathic and massage therapy techniques, including:
Myofascial release
Joint mobilizations
Craniosacral therapy
Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
Visceral manipulation and release
Both direct (engaging restriction) and indirect (following ease) methods
My goal is always to support your body’s innate ability to heal by creating space for better movement, circulation, and function. I strive to offer a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, cared for, and empowered in your health journey.
