Alison will be away for 3 weeks in August. September will be available for online booking on July 1st.

I am not currently accepting new patients at this time (Feel free to add yourself to the cancellation list on Jane app if you are new and wanting an apt). My schedule opens the first week of every month. (Ex-July 1st-September will available) Please chose based on your insurance coverage. Please come wearing loose comfortable clothing to the appointment. Please avoid wearing scented products when coming to the clinic.

For returning patients: If you are unable to find an appointment time please add yourself to the cancellation list on Jane. DIRECT BILLING IS AVAILABLE FOR MOST INSURERS. Treatments are similar whether you book for RMT or Osteopathy.

Osteopathy receipt- Manual Osteopathy

Please come wearing loose comfortable clothing for the assessment and treatment. Shorts, sweat pants, tank top or sports bra. No oil is used during this treatment. BOOK THIS IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN OSTEOPATH RECEIPT.

RMT receipt- Visceral release, cranial sacral, joint mobilizations, MET

Please come wearing loose comfortable clothing for the assessment and treatment. Shorts, sweat pants, tank top or sports bra. No oil is used during treatments Traditional massage is not used during this treatment. This treatment is performed using Osteopathic techniques such as cranial sacral, visceral release, joint mobilizations and myofascial release. BOOK THIS IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN RMT RECEIPT.

Alison Aspen

Alison graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007. In 2015 Alison wanted to deepen her understanding of the human body. This lead her to start the intensive five year Osteopathy program in Vancouver B.C. She completed her Osteopathic studies in 2020 and is now officially a D.O.M.P. Alison approaches the body globally and holistically to find the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Alison uses techniques such as myofascial release, muscle energy technique, cranial sacral therapy, visceral manipulation and joint mobilizations in her treatments.
